How can the Teaching and Learning Center Help?
Canvas Help Link
The quickest and best way to get assistance for Canvas issues is to click on the "Help" link on the left side of the screen in Canvas, and then choose "Report a Problem." For maximum effectiveness, please make sure you are at the place where you are having the problem before clicking on the Help link.
Another way to get assistance is to email Jarry (jarryb@richland.edu), Niki (nkyeaman@richland.edu), or Anna (anna9163@richland.edu). If you're not sure who to email, the best bet is to include all of them on the email. This will ensure the quickest and most helpful response.
