A lot of people have expressed interest in this session who were not able to make the time, so Hunter Tuinstra, the facilitator, made a video version of this session. Please find the video and session materials below.

DEIBA Stipend

Watching the video will also qualify faculty for the Fall 2025 $25 DEIBA stipend if they:

1) Have NOT already attended a DEIBA session this semester (this Labor-Based Grading session or the Neurodivergent-Inclusive Teaching Strategies session in person).

AND

2) Complete the Survey linked below the video. The results from the survey and the video analytics are what will be used to record participation for the stipend, so faculty must watch the video in its entirety AND fill out this to qualify.

The regular $25 DEIBA stipend can be earned once per semester in addition to the $25 PD stipend for attending a regular TLC PD session.

After watching the video and completing the survey, the stipend will be included with regular faculty pay on the next possible pay period.

Faculty are also welcome to make a one-one-one appointment with Anna Shapland (anna9163@richland.edu) to discuss the content; this meeting would also qualify faculty for the stipend.
