Forwarding your Richland Student E-mail to another E-Mail Account

Messages in your Richland e-mail account can be forwarded to another e-mail account (such as your personal Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.). The steps to do this are listed below:

Step 1 - Go to the myRichland page (my.richland.edu) and click on "Student E-mail" on the right

 

Step 2 - On the Zimbra login page, log into your Student e-mail, using your NetID and password

 

Step 3 - In Zimbra, click on "Preferences" in the menu at the top

Step 4 - Choose "Mail" in the left column, then scroll down to the "Receiving Messages" section. Under "Forward a copy to" enter the e-mail address you want your Richland student e-mail messages forwarded to

 

Step 5 - Be sure to go back up to the top of the page and click "Save" to save your changes!

 

That's it! Your Richland Student E-mail messages should now forward to the e-mail address you entered in Step 4.
