Online Learning - Where To Go With Technology Issues

If you're having technical problems with Canvas or your computer, you should contact the Online Learning Help Desk. Help Desk staff assist students with login, e-mail account issues, online course navigation, myRichland access and navigation, and technical questions regarding personal computer system requirements and troubleshooting. Staff members provide assistance through the Canvas "Help" link (in the upper right corner of the Canvas screen), e-mail, walk-in assistance, appointments, and telephone.

The quickest way to get assistance from the Online Learning Help Desk for Canvas issues is to click on the "Help" link in the upper right corner of the screen in Canvas. This information is immediately forwarded to the Help Desk, which is monitored throughout the workday, as well as evenings and weekends. A Help Desk staff member will contact you within 12 hours of your submission, with a quicker response time during the normal business hours of 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.

**PLEASE NOTE: Responses to your Canvas Help Request will be sent to your Richland Student E-mail (Zimbra). If you have additional questions or problems, please respond to the message in your RIchland  Student E-mail.**
